text.ai aka Alfi is an artificial intelligence assistant available via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, and our stand alone app that provides informational and advisory content through messaging. The Service can be accessed through individual conversations or integrated into group chats.

The Service provides:

2.3 Service Limitations
Alfi/text.ai is provided for informational purposes only. The Service explicitly:
Is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Is NOT a replacement for mental health services or professional therapy
Does NOT provide emergency services
Makes NO guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided
2.4 SMS TermsAndConditions
You can opt-in to use text.ai as your live search assistant. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or you can reach out to founders(at)text.ai or our contact form for any customer care questions, STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. User Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Age Requirements
•Users must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
•Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent
•Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring the minor's use of the Service
•By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Registration Requirements
To use the Service, users must:
•Have a valid US / CA phone number
•Provide accurate and complete information when requested
•Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their chat
4. Privacy and Data Collection

•App, SMS, WhatsApp, or Telegram messages sent to and from the Service
•Phone numbers

•Group chat content when the Service is involved

When using Alfi in group settings:
Users are responsible for their shared content
Service may be removed from groups violating these TermsAndConditions
6. Intellectual Property

•The Service, including integrated AI models and systems, remains Company property
•User-generated content remains user property
•Users grant Company license to process and analyze their content
•Company retains rights to all Service improvements
6.2 Licenses
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to:

•Share Service responses within permitted contexts
7. Liability and Disclaimers
